Guidelines for Technical Presentation

The Industries /Institutes / Mines are rquired to appear for Technical Presentation of their applications of CTE (Fresh)/ (Expansion)

CCA (Fresh)/CCA(Expansion) and for other compliance related issues. The presentation must be precise & comprehensive covering all relevant

points as mentione below. The Green industries and Sand mines are not required technical presentation for the above applications.

(Note:-The softcopy of the power point presentation shall be sent to concerned unit head at least one day in advanced)

The Technical Presentation shall incorporate following details:-
For CTE (Fresh/Expansion) applications [For Industries/Institutes]
	Location of Project on Google Map. Actual Photograph of the site.
	Latitude & Longitude
	Existing Site specification details such as River, Lake, Forest, Human settlement etc,
	Approved Layout Plan
	Raw materials and products.
	Manufacturing process.
	Source of water & Water Consumption in different usage. Water Balance.
	Sources of pollution (Air, Water, Hazardous & Solid waste etc.)
	Technical details of adequecy of treatment & disposal facilities of Air, Water, Hazardous & Solid wastes. ( Please ensure the presence of technical person /consultant for discussion)
	Layout Plan of Effluent Treatment Plant with details
	Pollution control measures proposed as per the recommendations of EMP and conditions given by MoEF in letter of Environmental Clearance. (If any)
For CCA(Fresh/Expansion) applications [For Industries/Institutes]
	Point wise compliance of conditions of Consent to Establish.
	Actual photographs of the Project
	Photographs of Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Boiler Stack, Air Pollution Control Equipment (Cyclone, Bag Filter, ESP etc), Water Meter, Plantation etc
	Technical details of treatibility and sutability of treatment & disposal facilities of Air, Water, Hazardous & Solid wastes. ( Please ensure the presence of technical person /consultant for discussion)
For CTE (Fresh/Expansion) applications [For Mines]
	Location of Project on Google Map. Actual Photograph of the site.
	Latitude & Longitude
	Existing Site specification details such as River, Lake, Forest, Human settlement etc,
	Approved conceptual Plan,
	Mining Process.
	Product & Production capacity
	Source of water & Water Consumption in different usage. Water Balance.
	Sources of pollution (Air, Water, Hazardous & Solid waste etc.)
	Technical details of adequecy of treatment & disposal facilities of Air, Water, Hazardous & Solid wastes. ( Please ensure the presence of technical person /consultant for discussion)

	Actual photographs of the Fugitive emission contro arrangements (Conveyor system/ Pucca Road / Water sprinkling system) Over Burden Dump managemet, Gabion Wall /Retaining wall, Garland Drain, Settling Tank, ETP/STP, Plantation etc
	Technical details of treatibility and sutability of treatment & disposal facilities of Air, Water, Hazardous & Solid wastes. ( Please ensure the presence of technical person /consultant for discussion)
	All the information including, data, pictures and other documents must be clearly visible

Note: Soft copy of presentation should be submitted at least one day in advance to IT Section, MPPCB, Bhopal in CD only. No other media viz. Floppy, Pen Drive etc. will be accepted.
